Independence, stated plainly

Port A Investor is an independent unofficial guide to buying or holding a short-stay house on Mustang Island. We have no affiliation with a brokerage, Cinnamon Shore Realty, or the City finance office. Cinnamon Shore is a developer trademark. We use the name only to describe the place. We display no official logos. Nothing here is endorsed by those organizations.

The rules

  • Facts carry sources: ferry limits, beach rules, tax lines, and village geography cite the authority.
  • No fabricated reviews, ratings, or borrowed badges.
  • No invented numbers for rates, occupancy, or amenity access.
  • City rules and HOA addenda are different documents. We say so.
